Basic Oil Lady
You can fight bad breathe by adding a drop of peppermint essential oil to a cup of water and gargling. Or, if you are like me, and generally get bad breath at the worst times, when a cup of water is most definitely not handy, cover the top of your peppermint essential oil bottle with your finger, tip it, and then lick your finger. It might not be as effective as gargling, but it is a quick fix to an embarrassing problem. 🍬🍬🍬
Peppermint beadlets (which I'll talk about another day) are also great to keep around incase of a bad breath emergency.
