Blood test results are back and ALL CLEAR⚡️ I'm in the healthy range for everything and despite becoming vegetarian, my doctor is impressed with my iron levels. She said it's probably due to good and nutritious eating🍅🥕🥒
So in terms of my fatigue, well that's exactly what it is a fatigue! More sleep, earlier nights and hopefully some more meditation to destress and reduce my anxiety🙏🏻 I'm a morning workout person so I need to make that work but also look after my body!
On that note, early Friday night for me so I can unwind and get myself zen for tomorrow's workout and pole session. Then it'll be grocery shopping and meal planning for the week✨
