Trying new meals with my flexible dieting. Home made Spaghetti Bolognese. I was surprised at how much food this meal consisted of when I first made it. Very satisfying!! There is no "one method fits all" with regards to nutrition. Everyone is different. If you are struggling in this area of health and fitness I urge you not to panic, stress or give up! It is these things that can compound the situation. Instead take some TIME to think about where you think you fall down when it comes to nutrition, what things you think you do well with nutrition and then LEARN!!!!!! Take the time to LEARN about your body, LEARN about food and what certain foods consists of. If you take more time to plan, learn and adapt your nutrition I guarantee you will be more likely to reach your goal and sustain it, and if you need help in learning about food or your body then don't be afraid to ask a professional, there is nothing wrong with asking for help!!!

Blood test results are back and ALL CLEAR⚡️ I'm in the healthy range for everything and despite becoming vegetarian, my doctor is impressed with my iron levels. She said it's probably due to good and nutritious eating🍅🥕🥒

So in terms of my fatigue, well that's exactly what it is a fatigue! More sleep, earlier nights and hopefully some more meditation to destress and reduce my anxiety🙏🏻 I'm a morning workout person so I need to make that work but also look after my body!

On that note, early Friday night for me so I can unwind and get myself zen for tomorrow's workout and pole session. Then it'll be grocery shopping and meal planning for the week✨
