Didn't have much of a sweet tooth tonight, so went with my usual BBQ Siroin, Sweet Potato, sticky rice, Spinach & peanut sauce dinner. Still had about 1400cals (usually saved for dessert) but ended up having 5 slices of thick Sicilian Style Pizza (the best pizza other than Chicago Deep Dish). Baked Okinawan Sweet Potatoes, can't get enough of these things. Available at your local Japanese, sometimes Korean markets- highly recommend these delicious tasting & vitamin packed babies. These with a dollop of Peanut Butter or Butter makes the perfect side dish to go along with Steak, Chicken, Salmon, tofu (for the vegans) etc. anyone else try em?

PH3 Day 21: Skwaats 5 sets of 5 (AMRAP last set) @ 82.5% 1RM. Then BFR Leg extensions/ curls: 4 sets of (30, 15, 15, 15) 😧. Standing Calf Raises: 3 sets of 15 and finally BFR Calf Raises: (30, 15, 15, 15). Good session altogether feeling stronger, although this first working set was a grind, the rest got deeper and cleaner. Probably had to do a little with the ride yesterday, but after warming up a bit all was good. Probably the 5 tamales powering me thru.

Working up to 200lbs followed by:
4x2 squats
5x5 front squats
4x10 walking DB lunges each leg
3x8 DB snatch each side
3x3 box jumps (or if you're me stair jumps)

Another day, another workout. Today @harbertshealth wrote me a back day workout and I loved it! It's nice to have someone else write you a workout every once in a while because more than likely you pick your favorite exercises and forget the rest! Don't forget to switch up the exercises you do.

So this weekend, @AustinCurrent_ flew into town to collab with me on an epic project we have set to be released in the near future and this was our view for the weekend!

But honestly, we didn't even leave the house the whole weekend because we were so immersed in being productive and maximizing our time together to finish everything that needed to get done. It's safe to say my brain is fried after 18 hours days of non stop work on this project 😡 but trust me when I say it will be not only worth it for him and I, but also will change so many lives as well! Soooo pumped!! If you had to guess what we are working so hard to create, what would it be!? What should it be!? PH3 Rest day cardio...Got a bit excited during the Cowboys Packers game, and almost got an hour marathon Spin done. Was going to just go for it, but told myself 1 hour max before the ride. Absolutely loving this thing, and since tomorrow is a leg session, we shall see if it affects my lift much. So far, riding has not affected my lifting performance, but has allowed me to eat more-- which is a pretty good deal. New Goal: Under 1 hour marathon. *Bike tip, I always cover the screen during the ride as a mental trick. Wether it be a treadmill etc. not seeing time, distance, Cals in your face makes it go by much faster.πŸ‘Œ
