vanilla extract
spoonful of peanut butter

add fruit of choice (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, etc)

I did my first challenge for myself on August 8 and since then I can not tell you how much it has changed my life on so many levels. This round was going to be a bit tricky for me because 10 of the 21 days were spent in Costa Rica with my family. This is our fourth trip there and it really is my happy spot on the planet. Although I did not "stick" to the meal plan while I was there 100% (i couldn't figure out where margaritas went, in my food plan, 😂😂😂) I will say this was my most successful round yet for so many reasons. .
1. I got up every morning (without an alarm) and just did my workout, not because I had too (although checking in with my inspiring challenge groups was very motivating) but because I wanted to!

2. Normally I nap in the afternoon while in Costa and I always told myself, "that's great, you never nap," but it actually bothered me I was tired. This time, I had more energy, therefore I was more present in my favorite place on the planet with my family, not sleeping away my vacation.

3. I did not stress about wearing a bikini right after the holidays, I just wore a bikini because I could. In fact, I didn't feel the need to even where a cover up while i walked through the little village on the way to the beach for my beach walks.

So thank you to my challengers for motivating me to improve myself and reminding me that it is a daily process. So much love for this job and this program.

fav exercise of the day:
walking lunges around the track. have a starting point and do about 20 walking lunges to a good stopping point to place your weights, run a full lap around the track to the place where you last stopped the lunges. repeat this u tip you have completed a full lap of walking lunges! by the end I had done about 9 running laps total which is a mile on our track. Incorporating running like this is an easy way to get in miles without feeling bored 💪🏼
