Buat ntar siang.. mo di taroh kulkas dulu biar dingin.. Kalo di kampung saya namanya anyang, kalo di bekasi bilangnya asinan... Biasanya kalo bikin anyang, buahnya setelah di iris di bejek-bejek dulu pake ulekan jadi bumbunya ngeresep. harusnya lebih hancur dan pecah lagi buahnya tapi dah males pengen buru-buru kelar😊 tadi dah di icip dikit enakkk banget, seger.. asem pedes manis.. dingin lebih enak👌

Sedikit air asam jawa, jangan kebanyakan krn mangga dah asem
Gula jawa, gula pasir dan garam secukupnya

Caranya
Kupas dan iris buah, cuci lalu tiriskan
Bejek-bejek buah pake ulekan, sisihkan
Ulek cabe dan garam, tambahkan sedikit air lalu rebus dengan irisan gula merah, gula pasir dan air asam jawa, koreksi rasa, setelah mendidih dinginkan dulu, lalu campurkan dengan irisan buah, dinginkan dalam kulkas
