Just got done with my glute workout and Ohmygoodness it was killer😭 but I definitely got a good pump😂🍑 (also took @pescience high volume before and I approve) when I workout alone I go through everything really fast so I sweat a ton, I also superset almost everything!
Workout below: •squats 3x10
• kickbacks 3x10 (back) 3x8 (side) •GHR 3x15 ss w/single leg deadlifts 3x10
• smith machine hip thrusts 3x10 full reps, 10 pulses and hold at the end. SS w/ kneeling squats 3x10 •lunges w/kickbacks 3x20 •smith machine single leg deads 3x10 per leg
•step ups with weight 3x10, BW step ups 15 reps immediately after.
