Remember with abdominal work different exercises target different areas.
Include exercises for the lower umbilical area (below belly button), upper abs, deep core muscle and obliques is Key.
In the photo you can see @the_secret_eater performing a garhammer raise in a 15 degree bench. This is a brilliant exercise to target the lower abs area. Try performing 8-10 reps of this exercise on a 3010 tempo for a great abdominal exercise. 3-4 sets will do the trick 👙
