All blizzards were half off today for Customer Appreciation Day 👌 And I was so excited when I saw they brought back like 7 limited time flavors they've had in the past just for today! Well, since red velvet is one of my favorite cake flavors, and I couldn't remember if I've had this or not, I had to get it! Daricious 😍 #AChallengeToWin
Big breakfast today, a couple snacks when needed, a normal sized lunch, dinner at a buffet, and no extra working out. When you challenge yourself, or know you're going to challenge yourself, compensating for it defeats the purpose. When you challenge yourself to a fearfood or something, the key is to go about your day and eating schedule normally. Today and last night my body has not felt 100%. I've been super bloated and have felt uncomfortable because of it, and have just not felt the greatest. These are in no way excuses to not nourish myself properly, AND allow myself treats like this. When you feel uncomfortable or voices are loud, that is when challenging yourself really counts. I mean, it ALWAYS counts, but you know what I mean. Right? 😉 So even though my tummy is upset and already looking like I'm sorta pregnant (lol...), and blah blah blah, I'm having this. Screw my eating disorder!!👊 I hope you're all enjoying your night! It's just been a night in with my family, watching a movie, and having our ice cream 🍨
