The love I have for my pup is just unexplainable. He's my best friend, protector and saviour. Two years ago (almost) when I wasn't in the best space of mind, I had him come into my life. He has cheered me up on my worse days, loved me when I felt like nobody did, and has been the light in my life the past two years. I never knew how much of personalities animals had until I got Stark, he is the most loving, friendly and gentle dog I've ever met. He's going to be the best friend for our baby girl! πŸ‘ΆπŸΌπŸΆ
My honey's finished work early today so I'm excited to spend the afternoon with him, usually he works until late so I'm soaking up this time with him 😍

I'll tell you what, I've already learned a lot in the few weeks I have been doing this. Quite recently I found out I had a lot of allergies that were consistently in my every day foods (tree nuts, wheat, soy, eggs,etc). It took a toll on my body but by taking all of those items that damaged my body I feel a lot more free and healthy. It's been a process though and I think it is important to make a point that none of us are perfect and although it seems that way online sometimes, we all are learning through trial and error. I purchased a pack of frozen veggies a week or so ago that had corn in it ( little did I know corn is not paleo and has very little nutritional value). Tonight I learned something new and for that I can give a little celebration. Always improving my knowledge and bettering myself through my mistakes. Don't be afraid of trying something new and good for you because you fear failing or making mistakes. Keep working towards your goals guys no matter what!πŸ’ͺ🏻
