Healthy Tasty Food Revolution

An Italian family favorite thrivalized with a hearty meat bolognese sauce! Dinner is Served! Link in bio @rachelsthriving .
Potato Gnocchi with Chicken Bolognese
Ingredients:
Gnocchi
1 c. THRIVE Mashed Potatoes
2 tbsp. THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix
1 1/2 c. THRIVE White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
1/4 tsp. THRIVE Iodized Salt
1 tbsp. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
1 1/4 c. Water
Sauce
1 tbsp. Garlic, minced
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 c. Water
1 tbsp. THRIVE Carrot Dices
1/3 c. THRIVE Onion Slices - Freeze Dried
2 tbsp. THRIVE Chopped Spinach - Freeze Dried
1/4 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices - Freeze Dried
1/2 c. THRIVE Chopped Chicken - Freeze Dried
1/3 c. THRIVE Tomato Sauce
1/2 c. THRIVE Shredded Parmesan Cheese - Freeze Dried , fold in at end
1/4 c. Kalamata Olives, halved

Directions:
Gnocchi:
Add all dry ingredients together in a bowl and add in water. Mix until it is dough.
Roll gnocchi dough into snake like ropes. It should be about 1/4 inch thick.
Cut gnocchi into 1 inch pieces.
Let dry for about 20 minutes.
Boil Gnocchi for about a minute and thirty seconds after they float.
Sauce:
Saute garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Deglaze pan with water.
Add in remaining ingredients, except tomato sauce, olives, and Parmesan cheese.
Simmer for about 3 minutes, or until items are all reconstituted
Add in sauce mix, olives, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until combined.
Add in cooked gnocchi and enjoy. If sauce gets too thick, add in some of the leftover gnocchi water to thin out sauce.

Today she got veggie potato soup with cheese, oranges a red banana(I was told they taste a tad bit like mango. Nope! They taste like a reg ol' banana,) teriyaki seaweed & peppermint pretzels. Potatoes and some of soup ingredients are organic, along with the seaweed.

Impromptu @vansfoods choc chip waffle snowman today(with pretzel sticks as arms,) @foragerproject cashew milk strawberry yogurt with dragonfruit and dye free sugar sprinkles, salad with baby greens, tomatoes, feta & @hamptoncreek caesar dressing & blueberries.

Today I packed her a ww mixed green, @applegate smoked turkey & @hamptoncreek mayo Christmas tree with tomatoes. Sliced grapefruit & @traderjoeslist peppermint pretzels(she loves these so you see them a lot.) Turkey, tomatoes & greens are organic. Also, this is my first post taken with my 7 plus! Early Christmas present for me 😁 I was holding onto my 5s for dear life lol.

This was suppose to be a Christmas tree but I didn't realize how much broccoli we ate last night so I didn't have enough lol. She had garlic pasta with broccoli, tomatoes & chocolate gingerbread men and reindeer. She had a performance at school today and wasn't going to have snack. Pasta, produce and some of cookie is organic.

It has been SO long since I last posted. Hello everyoneπŸ‘‹πŸ»βœ‹πŸ»πŸ‘‹πŸ» Today, London got a southwest-ish salad with lettuce, tomatoes, corn, black beans, jalapeΓ±o feta cheese, chipotle chicken & a cilantro avocado dressing, @latejulyorganic green mojo chips, banana, @sahalesnacks vanilla cashews with gummy bears & jelly beans(gelatin and artificial color free.) Chips and everything in the salad, except the cheese, is organic. Whew, that was a lot of typing.

Two days in a row! Lol. Today she got teriyaki seaweed, pretzel bread with pub cheese spread and mushrooms(I know, really weird. It was suppose to be chicken but I didn't have any and she seemed happy with this lol) All from @traderjoeslist. Oranges and a homemade vegan choc chip mini donut as her treat. Seaweed, mushrooms, oranges and some of donut are organic.

My daughter has been nauseas for a few days so she missed school today. This was her lunch from Friday that I forgot to post. She had pad Thai rice rolls with roasted red peppers and carrots(I ate it with a satay peanut sauce but she wasn't having that lol,) edamame with Himalayan pink salt, raw cashews, raisins & @annieshomegrown choc chip cookies. Would've been vegan minus the cookies! Produce, raisins and cookie are organic.
