Protein pancakes in the making 🥞
ALL YOU NEED IS
• 1/4 cup almond milk • 1 scoop protein powder (I used vanilla @pranaon but whey also works) • Chia egg (2 tbsp. chia with 3tbsp. water) • 1/2 banana • 1 tbsp. maple syrup • 1 tbsp. peanut butter (I saved half for on top) • some good dark chocolate • 1/2 tsp. coconut oil (for the pan if not non-stick) •
Just chuck it all in the blender - apart from the ingredients you want to top the pancakes with - Blend until smooth and then pour your desired size into a pan over medium heat and cook for about 1 min each side
I cut the chocolate squares in half and put them in between the pancakes so when you cut into it it's all melty 🤤🥞 I used the sugar free chocolate that you can get from Coles/Woolworths in the health aisle. I forget the brand 🤦🏼♀️ but will update with it when I'm home and can look at the wrapper.
