Spent the day same as yesterday just by the beach all day 🌊🌊 From tomorow we are renting a jeep🚘🚖 so we'all be able to drive to some different beaches around Maui 🏝🏖 Hoping to fit some surfing in over the next few days also 🏄🏼

Good morning guys 😊 Today it's really cold outside. And I'm freezing cause my warmy winter jacket is going to be cleaned up at the cleaners store. Yes, I tumbled through the mud on friday. But well besides a dirty jacket and a funny situation nothing has happened 😂 What I wanted to mention.. I miss summer. The sun. The high temperatures. The atmosphere. This picture was taken in September last year I think. It was such a warm day and an opening Sunday in town. I enjoyed Ice Cream @eisbar_sophienhof . If you want to get results in the gym I can’t emphasis enough how important it is to track your nutrition.

I spent at least a year eating what I considered ‘clean healthy food’. However, when I finally started to track my food intake I wasn’t getting anywhere near enough calories to supplement my training and also gained unnecessary body fat.

To build muscle you need to be in a calorie surplus and to lose fat you need to be in a calorie deficit. Use an app like @myfitnesspal to track your nutrition and reach your fitness goals.

I bought myself a dress the other day to use as a goal. It is from @uniqlo_uk . I really love their clothes, simple, comfy and quality. At the moment, I can fit in that dress but it is really tight and I can't move. Lol
I would love to be able to wear it next month when my mum will visit me from France.
I don't see my weight loss progresses, I can see the numbers (weight and measurements) but visually I don't notice much difference. I am hoping with that dress I will realise what is happening. 😃
I am thinking of buying a few other items that I really want to wear in the near future, it will motivate me more!

Right folks, just thought I'd cap off energy density and macros/micros with a little side by side comparison.

On the left I've got a 30g Wispa bar containing:

167 calories
16g Carbs
11g Fats
2g Protein
0g Fibre
And almost no/very little micronutrient content
On the right however I've got 225g strawberries containing:

59 calories
9g Carbs
1g Fats
2g Protein
6g Fibre
And a whole load of micronutrients!

So by looking we can see that I could've eaten around 3x the amount of strawberries for the same amount of calories. Now which do you think's gonna keep me feeling fuller and provide a greater nutritional bang for my buck?

Guten Morgen💘 Hab mir bei meinem heutigen Frühstück nochmal mehr Mühe beim anrichten gegeben, aber hab das Gefühl da bin ich echt talentfrei.😅 Ich hatte Porridge mit Mandelmilch, 1/2 Banane, 1/2 Apfel, Rosinen, Dattel, Mandeln und ein wenig Ahornsirup.
