I don't workout to look a certain way, as a matter of fact I don't even weigh myself... 😂😂😂 so how do I know I am gaining progress??? I go by how I feel, how my clothes feel on me, how I feel when I look at myself in the mirror....that's all the proof I need to know that I am making progress. When I can look in the mirror and be happy with what I see. 😄😄😄 Eating right and working out regularly definitely is a plus and has made me feel stronger but not just physically stronger, it also in a way makes me emotionally stronger as well.💪💪💪 I can use all of the stress and anxiety that I get from the entire work week and take it all out on the floor and in my workouts.👊👊👊 Also personal development daily has really helped me change my mindset. 📚📚📚 And that is exactly what we will be focusing on in our February Challenge group. Not only will we be committing to our workout programs and shakeology but we will also be including daily affirmations and tips on living your best life yet.
