- Last day of Deadlifts
- During the Supersets we aren't maxing out with the weight. Pick a weight that you know you can easily do and push the pace. Lighter weight is your best friend here.
- See if there is one weight you can pick for all exercises in each circuit so you can cut down rest time and increase the number of sets you can get in. - Go kill it.
