This week's roundup: Blueberry overnight oats with carob, cinnamon, and molasses (goes so well with carob -- try it!) for breakfast, a smoky black eyed pea and kale thingy for lunch, and some carrots, roasted beets, cucumber, and a mandarin for snacks.
