Unfortunately an old shoulder injury has been resurfacing, so I’ve been replacing all shoulder exercises with back exercises… Hopefully this will help heal my injury since the problem originates from a muscle imbalance, where my pecs are stronger than my back muscles. Injuries seriously suck, but it’s better to nip them in the bud right away and fix any imbalances before they get worse 🤗
