Ten days ago, my team and I kicked off a clean eating health reboot to start the year off feeling amazing.
10 days in, and my abs are definitely making a comeback -- yeaaaahhhhuuuhhh! 🏼 I also spy a little more quad definition going on!
So what have I done in the past 10 days for these results? I've been more mindful of what I'm eating, followed my program with the goal to lean out (as opposed to maintenance or muscle building), worked out consistently, and done one cleanse day.
Here's some interesting info...in the last 10 days, I worked out LESS frequently and LESS intensely than normal because I was traveling and in Texas for 4 days. I also had a little not-so-healthy Mexican food during my trip too. So as far as "perfect" food/exercise weeks, the past week wasn't one of those, but look, still got results. And this is just 10 days!!! 20 more for this challenge!!!
You can have progress while still enjoying the process. It's about being focused and making good decisions for your health so you can feel amazing and continue to get the results you want, but it's also about using a program that allows you to LIVE too. #IAKCHECKIN #ISACHECKIN
