I've been guilty in the past for not switching up my workouts when I found a program I really loved. I was hooked on the 21 Day Fix videos for 2 years. I loved the workouts and they worked so I continued to do them. My body eventually hit a plateau though. I stopped seeing results because I wasn't challenging myself. I wasn't pushing myself. I'm on week 5 of Hammer and Chisel and it is still challenging me every day. And I'm watching my body change before my eyes! If you aren't seeing results you want, maybe it's time to switch up your workouts to something more challenging! 🏋🏽♀️💪🏼

here's what you'll need: a handful of ice + frozen mango + frozen pineapple + @simpletruth4u spinach. 1 banana + 1 tspn of @solraizorganicsmaca maca powder + .5 ML of @solgarvitamin vit E oil. 1 tbspn of chia seeds + flax seeds. 1 piece of turmeric root + 4 oz of @unclemattsorganic OJ+ 6 oz of water. •

I have had the HARDEST time getting motivated to workout lately. I just haven't wanted to AT ALL. I still have been, but I'm not gonna lie-- I have not been giving it my all in my workouts. However, I'm starting a new job soon and I need to get it together. I can't be teaching people how to live healthier lives and not be living a healthier life myself. I'm also getting married in September. That is less than 8 MONTHS that I have to get it together and get my ass back in shape, and 8 months can go by pretty freaking fast! Find your reason for getting motivated and stick to it! Push yourself even when you don't want to and keep your goals in mind all. the. time.
