Our program monitors and manages our recruits workloads closely to ensure they don't hit a phase of overtraining. During the season our recruits also engage in recovery sessions through yoga and pool sessions, while focusing on strength and power midweek. Our sessions don't incorporate a lot of running as recruits will be doing plenty of that with their club teams. •
