Hey hey! Ever woke up craving a certain food or drink? Today I was mad hard craving my @shakeology but I knew I'd have it after my workout so I got to work! I did @coredeforce MMA shred and core kinetics routines. Omg I'm feeling it in my whole body! 🏻This program is really working muscles and making me do moves I haven't used or done in years which is good and amazing, but challenging--which I'm enjoying!! I'm making progress mentally and physically . And the ladies in my challenge group are killing their goals too and are on fire and I I couldn't be more proud as it's our second week and they've already knocked out some accomplishments! . Now I'm a happy girl cuz I'm having my favorite post workout smoothie ...a bourbon maple pecan n cinnamon cafe latte @shakeology smoothie 🏻 made with @starbucks coffee, @lakewoodorganic aloe juice and topped with @waldenfarmsinternational chocolate sauce and pancake syrup, @skinnymixes mocha cool whip, bee pollen and @foodsalive cacao nibs. . And I boosted it with @foursigmatic and @healthworkschef powders of course. Oh How I missed my cafe latte! Have a great humppppp day friends!
How my day looks? I start the day on 6.00 am with morning cardio 🏼♀️, then on 8.00 I go to work till 5 pm. After that I eat, go to the gym, give PT and train for myself. When I come home again, I eat again .. lots off food! Then I study for the last hours or make nutrition schedules for clients! And I always make sure I sleep for at least 8 hours! The other day I was talking to a gal and at one point she mentioned that she was asking me for advice since "I have it all figured out." I paused and kinda laughed. "Me?! Have it all figured out?!" It can be so easy to look at others and think they're cruisin', no worries in the world. But lemme be the first to tell you that no one has it all figured out, and if they do- they are a big old liar pants on fire. And honestly, what's the fun in having it all figured out anyways? Sounds pretty monotonous to me... I rather be a little messy and curious than have all my T's crossed and I's dotted.

Been a while since I actually made myself an Acai bowl... So good my wisdom teeth have been acting up so I cant really much on anything too hard today. Its definitely getting to the point where I need to get them out🙄 not looking forward to it!
