sara ⭐️ The Self Love Fairy

{feeling motivated} tonight I had finally had enough of not doing anything for exercise! I don't feel complete without it and it makes me happy when I'm in a daily routine of some sort of workout. After surgery just 8 weeks ago I'm having to start slow and not being able to just go out and run 4 miles or do yoga, it's been really hard to get back into it. I decided that anything is better then nothing. So tonight I did the kind of workout that is easy to do in between everything that comes up with 4 kids around. The cool thing is, just taking the step to do it was enough to get me going. Now I feel like it'll be easy to do again tomorrow, I'll crave it and I'll find the time {we always find the time for the important stuff}

Here's what I did: I put my motivation oil blend on my temples and neck. Took a deep breathe of it. Then I did 25 reps at a time of squats, push ups, lunges, calf lifts, leg lifts and stuff like that. I repeated them 2-3 time and I just did them whenever I had time. Then I ran in place for 2000 steps. Now I feel really good and I can't wait to do it again. I'm ok with this and I know once I'm able to run and do yoga again, I will.
