Yesss fri-yay mamas! So I didn't work out today I ate a shitty lunch, like fries and pizza shitty.. I didn't even eat a lot but I was pretty mad at myself because i was feeling so gross come nap time. •
Fast forward an hour: Babe comes home and he tells me he needs to start working out too (the "too" made me so proud🙆🏼) He goes on to tell me that he bought these resistance bands "like Tom Brady uses" to get back in shape! #GOAT •
Any way we took turns trying it out and my arms are already feeling it and I'm in a great mood now and ready to liss it up at work .. 💪🏼 •
