A delicious quick shrimp and veggies meal made by @confessionsofacleanfoodie! She sautéed some green beans with @primalkitchenfoodsavocado oil, onions, kalamata olives and lemon juice and served it with #omghee spicy pan seared shrimp. Shrimp scampghee over cauliflower rice.
6 cloves garlic
Lemon juice
@flavorgod lemon and garlic lovers
1 1/4 lb or so shrimp
Served over cauliflower rice
1. Heat #OMGhee in a large non stick skillet. Saute shrimp until pink, roughly about 3 minutes. Add the garlic and cook while stirring for about about 30 seconds. Take a slotted spoon and transfer the shrimp to a platter. Keep the shrimp warm.
2. Combine chicken broth, lemon juice, 1/4 cup of parsley, the salt, pepper, and @flavorgod seasoning, and bring it to a boil. Boil uncovered until the sauce is reduces by a half.
3. Spoon sauce over the shrimp and garnish with lemon and parsley

One of my go to meals. Zoodles with @5280meat meatballs in simple tomato sauce. All cooked in #omghee and we prep the balls and zoodles early in the week so this is pretty much ready to rock and roll anytime hunger strikes:)

Merry Christmas! The only thing the #omghee family wants for Christmas is for everyone to be happy, healthy, and loved. Our company is made up myself, my parents, my 2 best friends that I've known since I was 5 and their parents, and our aspiring chef college neighbor. Love and commitment to family play a huge part in what we are trying to do and we thank you for being part of it. Q: How many spoonfuls of #omghee would you say you use a week? How important are healthy fats in your diet?
A: hmmm I think I use #omghee every other day! Probably 5-8 a week and that's being conservative! Healthy fats for the win!! I have an AID (alopecia) and my hair has never been stronger and growing faster then ever and my nails continue to shock my nail techs who keep asking 'how did they get so hard and strong?!' I will never go back again to the old way of eating!
Q: How did your transformation journey start? How did you figure out what to eat and what not to eat?
A: Transformation Journey started 3 years ago when I stepped on the scale and saw 287lbs. I did the only thing I knew of...workout and eat 'clean'...after 2 yrs I plateaued and discovered the @WHOLE30 program. It was the reset I didn't know I needed and today I am 142 lbs lighter, dropped from a size 24 to an 8 and I gained so much knowledge about food and improved my overall relationship with it! And hello, I discovered #omghee and have never looked back!
Q: Any advice for someone who thinks they can't do it or stick with it?
A: I started with little food prep to be honest. So dont feel like you have to stick to such a rigid plan. Start with 2-3 days of prep and take it 1 meal at a time, 1 day at a time.

1.Our virgin coconut oil is unrefined, cold pressed, and made from fresh hand picked coconuts.
2. We use a process that maintains the maximum amount of nutrients and taste in our coconut oil. Much like virgin olive oil there is no one really monitoring or checking to see if brands of coconut oil are in fact what they say they are.

They also work hard to empower the women who work at the farm with education, technical training for career advancement, and fair wage protection.
