Let's talk about BROWS since everyone's so bent out of shape about mine 😂 these aren't my fully natural brows by any means, but they're not as plucked as they are now either.: They're threaded, filled in DARK (mine aren't dense so they look gray), & TBH I probably photoshopped them to look higher here. My brows are very low, very straight, & pretty light.. Not cute IMO . Couple that with my eye shape which is another polarizing feature. They're big, they protrude, and they are also very "straight" -- not almond but thankfully not down turned/droopy either. Now let's talk about what I do... I'm a blogger, I like to play with makeup, I love creating different looks on myself. You know what everyone used to say when I let my brows grow out more? That my makeup always looks the "same" (& that I should "do" my brows cuz there is no arch) well, duh! With brows this low and eyes this big what can you even see when they're open other than brows and lashes? Lol I always say the best eyes for eye makeup are those with smaller lids but a ton of brow bone space. No one can see your lids unless they're closed - it's all about that transition color 😂 mine was always hidden! & a brow bone highlight? Ya right! Bish where is my brow bone even? So I found what works best for me is to pluck the bottoms so I can create the illusion of higher brows without going under the knife. I don't touch the tops at ALL. Sure they're pretty naked sans makeup but with makeup.. They've changed my entire face and they've allowed my makeup looks to evolve. Also I don't have to take ALL my photos with my eyes closed like I used to - you can actually see my makeup now lol. So literally, the critical comments are so annoying. Not everyone has the same features and we all have to make what we have work based on our on preferences. I prefer to prep my face in a way where my makeup will look on 10 because I enjoy makeup and it is also my livelihood. If I was a skincare/natural blogger I'm sure my low brows wouldn't matter for my tinted moisturizer + lip balm looks 😂 everyone needs to stop being so egocentric and realize that everyone's needs, wants, desires, & preferences are different. All love!
