Hey all, it's Lee here from @fitfoodiefinds! Checking in from a few full days on the slopes to share how Week 1 of the #healthyglowguide went down for me, especially while traveling for fun.
This week, I did two of the #hgg workouts (my legs were literally on 🔥 for days) and 3 workouts @switchmpls with a rest day and of course some SKIING mixed in. Week 1 - Workout 2 of the #healthyglowguide is no joke! All you need is a set of dumbbells and about 30 minutes to complete this 10-to-1 (that means reps!) circuit workout. avocado toast currently on repeat over here ♻️ with a side of my go-to green smoothie. # i love this breakfast because it is so easy to prep the night before for a quick grab & go option in the morning or if you need a really quick breakfast one morning because you hit the snooze button too many times. --> that never happens, right? 😉 you can have ✌🏻️ breakfasts in under 10 minutes. here's how i make my toast: mash 1 ripe avocado in a bowl until a smooth consistency. put on toast. sprinkle with all the seasonings. eat. see how easy that is?? that's breakfast in under 1 minute. # tip: i also like to mix in 1 scoop of @vitalproteins collagen peptides into my avocado to get some extra protein into my morning since i'm eating right after i workout. not necessary, but i find it helps me stay full longer, and you can't taste it. 👏🏻 speaking of workouts, we tried @healthyglow.co's hitty bitty cardio bikini workout this morning, and it was tough; in the best way possible. 💪🏻 so much 💦 time to refuel and make the most of this friday. ❤️ hope y'all have one great day.

Last night, our registered dietitian did a live video sharing the ins and outs of our meal plan. If you haven't had time to catch up, here's the scoop!
It is so, so important to us to encourage identifying with and eating according to your natural hunger cues. It takes a lot of time and trust in your body! For this reason, our meal plans focus on what TO eat, rather than what not to eat. You won't find any "off limits" food lists in our plan, simply a combination of meals that taste as great as they make you feel.
We know so many of you are curious about the calorie or macro counts, but we have intentionally made this info secondary. It IS there for those who want it, but tucked away in the appendix for those who don't, because our goal is to help you get closer to that food freedom which can only be achieved when we stop reducing food to a numerical value or its components.
To us, balance looks like veggie-packed dishes as much as it does more wholesome versions of your favorite treats!
