Last night, our registered dietitian did a live video sharing the ins and outs of our meal plan. If you haven't had time to catch up, here's the scoop!
It is so, so important to us to encourage identifying with and eating according to your natural hunger cues. It takes a lot of time and trust in your body! For this reason, our meal plans focus on what TO eat, rather than what not to eat. You won't find any "off limits" food lists in our plan, simply a combination of meals that taste as great as they make you feel.
We know so many of you are curious about the calorie or macro counts, but we have intentionally made this info secondary. It IS there for those who want it, but tucked away in the appendix for those who don't, because our goal is to help you get closer to that food freedom which can only be achieved when we stop reducing food to a numerical value or its components.
To us, balance looks like veggie-packed dishes as much as it does more wholesome versions of your favorite treats!
