BEEF & CHORIZO SLIDERS ON GRILLED SWEET POTATO BUNS

Simple, savory and spicy sliders with fixings of your choice on top of a grilled sweet potato round. Features FLAVORGOD ITALIAN ZEST and GARLIC LOVERS Seasonings.
Equal portions of ground beef and ground chorizo, 1-2 lbs total, or as needed
Fixings (sliced tomatoes, lettuce leaves, chopped radishes, etc.)
1-2 avocados, or pre-packaged guacamole
1 large sweet potato, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
FLAVORGOD ITALIAN ZEST and GARLIC LOVERS Seasonings
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Gently combine ground beef and ground chorizo in a mixing bowl by hand. Season as desired with your favorite FLAVORGOD Seasoning (we used GARLIC LOVERS) plus salt and pepper as desired. Form patties and set aside for a few minutes.
Slice sweet potatoes into 1/2-inch thick rounds for the sliders’ bottom “buns.” To grill potato rounds faster, microwave slices a few minutes to soften slightly before grilling. Oil slices and season generously with FLAVORGOD ITALIAN ZEST, and set aside.
If making your own guacamole, scoop out flesh from avocados and mash together with a few healthy dashes of FLAVORGOD GARLIC LOVERS Seasoning. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Oil the seasoned beef/chorizo patties and grill, turning once. Remove when internal temperature is between 160ºF - 165ºF. At the same time, grill the sweet potato slices until cooked through and tender.
Stack sliders with fixings as desired, top with guacamole, garnish with dried parsley, and enjoy!
